Dream announced its public emergence on October 29, 2026, with $17 million in seed funding from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, XYZ and Zigg Capital. Its proposed application of AI concerns physical spaces: how a building’s geometry, constraints and individual components relate to one another.

The technical description sets out three connected stages: placing elements using the site and spatial requirements, coordinating geometry and mechanical systems, then resolving structure, systems and finishes together. Dream Schema is its representation of these building elements and their relationships; the company says calculations can be audited. The described human role matters: models produce the design, while Dream’s architects review and stamp the documents.

For commercial clients, the product FAQ describes a set of construction drawings covering layout, structure, plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. These are the company’s description of the deliverable, rather than an independent test result. Its initial commercial focus includes storefronts, offices and data centers. Interested teams are directed to the Work with Dream contact form to describe their project or request a demonstration; the company says its team will respond.
