Claude Enterprise adds reports, surveys and shared spending budgets

Anthropic’s October 28 announcement makes team reports, employee surveys and pooled budgets generally available for Claude Enterprise, with eligibility depending on configuration. The tools describe work, feedback and spending.

According to Anthropic’s announcement, the reports group work by activity and highlight outputs and recurring obstacles, such as missing connections to other services. They also recommend workflows that teams could reuse. Anthropic says the reports are not for individual performance evaluations or employment decisions.

The report documentation describes a sample of conversation records, rather than every session, with costs calculated at list prices. Reports are disabled initially; an organization owner must enable them. They are unavailable for organizations using customer-managed encryption keys, HIPAA configurations or hybrid inference through their own cloud.

Surveys add feedback from the people doing the work. Authorized administrators choose the audience, where questions appear and the start and end dates; collection closes automatically. Users can decline by dismissing the card. Responses are not anonymous: the downloadable table includes respondents’ email addresses. Surveys are unavailable in HIPAA-configured organizations.

A pooled budget gives a group one monthly allowance alongside individual spending limits. Each request counts against both; spending stops at the individual limit or when all pools available to that user are exhausted. This is available on usage-based Enterprise plans and Standard or Premium seat plans with usage credits enabled. On those seat plans, pools cover only usage credits: exhausting them leaves the usage included with the seat available.
