Preparation
For people already organizing work in Notion, this lesson explains teaching an assistant their workspace conventions. Connect Notion and provide access to the folder holding those rules. Begin with an existing task whose formatting you want preserved; explain your preferences rather than assuming the assistant understands them.
Checking
Save confirmed conventions, then open a fresh chat with that folder available. Request another task and check its structure. When extending the file to notes, preserve existing task rules and clarify ambiguous property meanings before saving.
