The product page presents file organization, spreadsheet analysis and code work in one conversational environment. It is relevant if these are your tasks and you want capabilities extended through plugins. The core plugins and APIs are still evolving.

For the Web UI, the repository gives the Node.js-based launch instructions and asks users to read its safety notice first. Its developer-preview warning explicitly anticipates compatibility-breaking changes; do not treat this as a stable integration commitment.

Once the server runs, the Web UI guide has you save a DeepSeek API key in Settings → Models, then add and select your project through Choose workspace. Selection is required before composing a session. Try its repository-overview exercise: request the main packages and their roles. The agent can also edit files and run commands; approval prompts depend on the active permission policy.
