Claude Code is Anthropic’s coding tool. It reads code, edits files and runs commands; the terminal is one of its supported interfaces. Choose this profile when you want an agent to work on a software project.
When is it relevant?
Our suggested uses are tracing a bug across several files, explaining a module or preparing a tightly scoped change. Give the agent the project’s rules and an observable outcome rather than an open request to “improve everything.”
A useful first task
Try: “Explain how this project loads its configuration. Identify where a missing setting produces an unclear error. Propose a clearer message and a way to check it before editing anything.” Name a configuration example that is safe to share.
What to check
Review file access and command permissions before starting. Inspect the actual changes and rerun the relevant checks yourself. A passing command should correspond to the behavior you wanted to verify.
